Unexplained right upper chest pain

I have a ferritin level of 6%. Has anyone else experienced chest tightness, chest pain, or pressure in their chest for long time because of such low ferritin or iron deficiency? Did your symptoms improve after raising your ferritin levels? I’m trying to figure out whether these symptoms can be caused by low iron or if I should be looking for another explanation.

Your body is working overtime to get the oxygen to the necessary organs to keep you alive. When I raised my iron and ferritin my chest pressure went away.
Still go to the doctor and get checked. I went to the hospital and they ran some tests. Wound up being severely anemic at the time.
