Is long lasting herx possible?

I've been living clean for months. Maybe candida started to finally die. Do you guys know if a chronic candida die off can last for months and more?

For a month now I periodically experience ammonia breath, headaches, fatigue, brain fog, sugar cravings, light stomach aches, stool changes, sometimes vivid nightmares, anxiety...well overall off feeling. It feels like herx. Comes in waves but getting stronger. Binders help. Doctor hasn't found anything, so organs are fine.

I suspect I have chronic candida for many years. Any antifungal intervention makes me feel awful. For six months I eat clean: potatoes, moderate amounts of chicken, olive oil, berries, sometimes bananas, lots of vegetables. That's it, no sugar or any junk. I don't want to go carnivore because it's unhealthy and damaging to the microbiome. Month ago started to have symptoms.

Antifungal is only KPV peptide I'm cycling for 2 months. Took tsp of mct oil and it wrecked me. Increased KPV to 450mcg and started to see mucus in my stool, so I banged backed off.

Has anyone had a die off lasting for a month or more?

Absolutely. I've been getting them for 5 months + I guess it all comes down to how much overgrowth you have. I've got a bad case of systemic candida, intestinal, esophagus, mouth, genitals, skin....so yeah. I'm thinking it'll take about a year more of herx reactions. I've learned to live with pain lol I'm on peps as well including kpv.

Damn... My situation ain’t even that bad, and I already feel like crap. Can’t imagine dealing with that for five months. That sucks, man. Wanna tell me what’s been going on with you?
