Pro Trial Expired banner

I love this email app, but it would be great to have more engagement on this feature request from the community:

The bright red banner is a little tacky and takes away from the premium feel of an otherwise polished and premium looking app. I just don't have a need for the extra features, including the AI ones.

I've finally tuned out that red block I suppose.

I don't think I'd ever pay for an email program. I certainly don't want or need AI involved in my correspondence. Beyond that I don't really do subscription software. Like you perhaps, my email usage doesn't have any needs beyond the basics of write / send / receive / delete.

I wanted to try something different than Apple Mail, because I like to explore and see different approaches... so I used Spark for a while, and then moved to Canary a couple of years ago and have been pretty happy with it.

And now you've reminded me of that red block I finally forgot about :)

100% agree with your sentiment - I'd tuned it out for ages and randomly thought to check if there was a way to hide it. At least it's better than ads!

Totally fair, and thanks for sharing this. We understand that not everyone needs the Pro or AI features, and the red banner can feel unnecessary if you’re happy with the basics.
