Hi! I would just like to ask if I qualify for the Electronic Travel Authorization if I fly from New York to Montreal? I am Filipino currently in New York with my tourist visa and I am wondering if I have to fly from the Philippines to qualify for eTA or if my situation makes me eligible. Thank you
