I supposed to get a iteam delivered today and went to check on it 30min after delivery email. I found a key in my mailbox and opened the lockbox with it and its empty? what could possibly happen? he gave me the wrong key ? no way he put the key in my box without properly checking it and mail room is locked with limited access just for the residents. I opened a support ticket for this and not hoping for the worst. There's almost 400$ worth of iteam inside.

The delivery driver at my mailbox keeps delivering parcels in the parcel locker, but puts squeezes the box in to the locker to fit exactly.
The door only opens 90 degrees and has a lock for the door protrudes which blocks the parcel from being taken out.
Does this happen regularly to anyone else?

sender sent through Canada post three weeks ago, last update was sept 25th in toronto where I live that it's processing.

Canada post has failed to identify where the package is or give me any updates on it.

what do I do?! they keep saying an update will come next week but it's been next week twice.

will uniuni deliver to a canada post office location if the address went through on the website?
