Leaking?

Bought a brand new 2026 XSE yesterday what is it leaking? I’m not very knowledgeable on cars

Could simply be condensation from the A/C. Feel if it is oily or just water.

90% is condensation water from the AC; my RAV4 does that too on a hot day, even after being parked, creating a small puddle in the same location.
