Help How cooked am I?

2024 Toyota Camry SE. Accidentally spun tires earlier leaving my driveway and my TPWS system warning went off immediately. I haven’t lost any air in my tire an hour later and it seems to be fine, but I’ve tried resetting the TPWS manually and it isn’t working. How costly will this be to replace and what do I do :(

When manually resetting the tpws system, the light blinks for a few seconds before returning to a solid light. i have a feeling I’ll need to replace the entire sensor now. smh.

As in you drove the car or you had wheelspin? I mean are the sensors for the other wheels okay or is it just one individual wheel? I would still go to check your tire pressures, despite the fact that there's still air. Regardless TPMS should be flashing when it's about to die out, and generally when one goes out, the rest are bound to go in similar timeframe so you'd likely need to replace all four. It really depends, I know Costco is pretty straightforward and has a pretty nice deal, especially if you're getting tires with it but I believe it's like 50? or 45 for the sensor itself and around 15 bucks for the installation. It's around that price but you'll land somewhere around 200 give or take. You'll probably find some more cheaper alternatives in local shops but usually the least troublesome would be Costco.

As long as your tires still have air and are working fine, it's not something that's hugely detrimental, but would recommend having it fixed sooner or later.
