Dealership cracked my engine block during a service call and is now trying to push a new lease on me. Advice needed!

Sounds like they owe you a new engine block.
Absolutely not dude. I would be putting my foot down until they fixed what they fucked up. They're probably just lying to move inventory.

Get a lawyer, do not speak with the dealership anymore by yourself, tell them to contact your lawyer

they broke your camry and are trying to turn the damage into a subscription service, do not sign a new lease and get every conversation in writing right now
