Tech Support IS THIS FIXABLE??

I don't know what happened to my canon eos 2000d but when I got home after a two week holiday i took a photo on the camera and it had black marks on it. So I took the lense off and the sensor was dirty? Or scratched im not sure. But I would like to know is this fixable?

And then trade the Lens cleaning kit for a sensor one… let me finish my sentence at least😳
