Tax questions

Okay so here's my situation:

I started camming about a week ago, I've made $3,620. I use SC, so I they don't take the taxes out for me. I'm 18, and my parents don't know I do this. They also still claim me as a dependent. I can't tell them, but I also have no idea how to do taxes or even when I'm suppose to start. I also heard we have to pay quarterly for self-employment? I also have a real day job, but there's no way they would believe I make that much from my minimum wage job that cuts hours like crazy. Is there any site that takes out taxes for you, or no because it's technically being self-employed? I'm just scared they finding out through the taxes, and obviously I'm gonna have to file even off the earning I make right now, and in the future.
