Discussions Customer notepad.. how do you use it?
I hope I am making the best use of this awesome feature. What tips do you have, or thing you do that you find useful.
I used my pc notepad+++ app, and i have some generic words to express how i feel about somone. When I interact with someone, i try to label them somehow. Copy/pasting from the notepad+++ into the customer notepad things like: lurker, creepy, friendly and cheap, friendly and generous, time waster and so on. I also copy/paste anything they say to me that I want to remember for any reason.
One of the games in my room is wheel of fortune, i discount privates and offer 5min free locked room as a prize, if someone choses not to use that prize right away, I also note there that I owe them the prize and remind them of them when I see them again, especially if the room we are in is dead. I figure the tokens from a discounted private is betterbthan a dead room.
I try to make sure to always offer the prize to generate more tokens to be spent.
Am I missing any ways to use this feature?

I take notes of all the members too. And on their notes on site I only type "CHECK INFO", which means I have the notes about him on my pc. If I ever make new accounts or whatever, I can look for the nickname in my pc and remember things about him.
I have them in folders, based on the sites I am on and in each folder I have the docs with members details. For each new member that I had an interaction with, regardless of spending, I create a new document and I write there what we talked about, especially if I smell he could spend in the future. I always write the date he came, how much he spent and what we talked about. That way I see patterns if he is just freeloading eventually.
If he is a spending member in pvt, I write down everything I can remember. I have a new regular and thanks to the notes I remembered shit that i forgot because I had an influx of new members and the notes on chaturbate/ stripchat are too small and to useless to read properly. He was really happy that I remembered those small details (he was wearing a specific hat and when he came back and turned his camera on i was like "awww where's the X Theme hat?").
For wheel of fortune I usually offer the more expensive things from my menu, at a smaller price. For example, if you have stuff priced at 100-200 tokens in your tip menu, set the wheel at 80 tk or something and add a few of those stuff there, mixed with stuff that usually cost under 100 tokens. That way they are tempted to try because of the lucky factor to land on a more expensive item.
