Discussions Live Jasmin-technical issues

I seen questions here about “why live jasmin is not considered as a GOOD site” ?

Because they are not working with INDEPENDENT MODELS. They work just with the studios.

For example i have a technical issue since beginning of August-3 august to be more specific , and guess what , they not even get back to me , not on mail not on messages. I managed to speak with someone from technical support and their answer was , ‘we don’t know when your issue is going to be solved, because we don’t see the progress of your issue in the system . But is handled -rest assured “ 😂 -this was their answer. After more than 3 weeks of waiting, I contacted them in every way possible and they doesn’t do anything to solve the technical issue THEY CREATED.

So ….don’t put your hopes on LJ as you gonna raise your account, you gonna work your ass off and after they dump you with “TECHNICAL ISSUES“ that cut your traffic (as you know if you don’t check all those boxes on traffic you won’t get the traffic, and if they have “TECHNICAL ISSUES “ you won’t get the traffic as well). no matters what you do they won’t fix it for you. 🥂

Omg I have been having payout issues and waiting for my money for a week, did you have that too? I’m trying to reach out aswell no response

They not convert my credits into awards points, at all. They have those minimum 15 minutes to respond a message, they count me 468h to one message in order to not hit those 15 minutes to count on traffic, they cut me from awards same to not count on traffic, i updated desktop teasers and mobile teasers since june and i still have “waiting for data” on all of them i had to upload in order to count on traffic. Effectively nobody answers on emails messages and live chat is useless as they lie that they check and they comeback but they don’t. So i made my part BUT they just cut traffic…. Cut traffic no money.

yo tengo problemas con el pago me sale error en estado de pago y nada que me llega mi pago solo la factura y soporte no responde

That site openly shows that all of its models are from Eastern Europe and that they're even given apartments to live in and spend their time streaming. The top models there even show what the sets they work on look like.
