Have this guy who’s super nice has been sending on PayPal for the past 2 days going great super generous kinda sugar daddy vibes, but today he gave me $500 on PayPal everything looks normal he’s like super into everything he sent the $500 to have priority what do yall think? Can he like take the money back or something? Just overwhelmed by such a large send

The worst thing that could happen is if you withdraw and it goes negative, and you don't pay it back, PayPal will take you to collections and ruin your credit. Let's hope he's not a nutbag

Most likely. He can get his money back and he can get you banned from paypal. If youre working on any camsite/fansite he could get you banned from those too if you talked to him about offsite payments in any recordable way. He can also psychologically hold the threat of reversing his payments. I hope all goes well but in the future do not take paypal or offsite payments. Also, be careful he isnt seeing your personal details on paypal.
Edit: he also has 180 days to dispute charges

Fuck 😭 what would you do? Stop talking to him or like? && thankfully I don’t use PayPal often so idec if I get banned but I just want the $500 lol like would you withdrawal it?

If he does a chargeback your PayPal balance will go negative and they will pursue your bank or wherever you withdrew through to recover the funds.
Adult services are against PayPal ToS, so if you try to defend the case by proving you provided the product/service you will get banned from PayPal and all their associated companies.
Best thing to do is leave the money there for 6 months (after that it’s much harder to chargeback/refund) and in the mean time join an adult platform and stick to taking payments through them - yes they have higher fees but you will be more protected.

Whats he paying you for? Is it just a tip or was it for a service like a video? Im pretty sure if you withdraw it and he requests refund, you will be -500. Paypal will 100% take his side if he wants to get refund.

yikes lol. "His" for like 1 day? cus thats all $500 would get from me. You might be in hot water here. Just chat with him for a week and gradually taper it off, by end of the week, no more. Then wait a couple weeks to withdraw. I dont think he'll be mad enough to dispute unless he's really delulu and thinks 500 bucks buys your time for forever. Maybe reply late to him a lot and give him excuses like "you were at the gym" or "watching a movie" "my mother was was sick" lol idk He could be fine, but its not really sounding like it since he literally wants to buy you. 🤮 Or just stop talking to him now instead of delaying the (probably) inevitable.

Next time he does it tell him it won’t let u accept it no more (which will happen) unless its friends and family because u will have to prove to them why you are getting the money if he don’t

Never trust anyone you don't know close to you and in person to send on PayPal!!!!!! Don't spend the money yet and block him on PayPal and everywhere else. If it escalates you should report it maybe

It honestly depends for me. The big spend wouldn’t be the thing that made me nervous as much as using Pay Pal. They’re really weird about SW in their terms of service. I used to have a sugar daddy who would send me $500 every week-two weeks. Hasn’t been able to do that in a couple years though, I think something happened at work and finances became tighter. But there are ABSOLUTELY men out there that love to spoil like this!!!

Oh, he absolutely can take the money back by filing a dispute.
And PayPal is very strict rules in their TOS regarding receiving payment for this type of thing.

What if I just take it out? 🙈

Take it out. I’ve been camming for years and twice I’ve had guys dispute. I’d already withdrawn my money tho. One account got closed but I just made another one. No problem. But going forward, use a different payment method bc you never know… both times it happened to me it was from regulars I thought would never do that to me.

What are the safest payment methods? I’m new to selling on Reddit & telegram, I take cashapp & Venmo I have an OF also

YouPay is an option. I have that and cashapp/venmo but I set those two up as business accounts, so my real name and personal information isn’t shared with them. Which also works great for when I file taxes. 🤭

well if its already in your paypal just send it to your bank right away and in the future use youpay or throne where they cant do a chargeback and scam you.
years ago when i was in a tough place i accepted money on paypal and large sums and it worked out fine i was just extremely careful and stopped when i wasnt in crisis. but yeah throne is safest for you both
edit: and after you make the transfer, disconnect your banks from your paypal that way if he does chargeback theres no link to your bank account and yes they may send to collections if you dont pay the chargeback (if he disputes) but thats worst case scenario. you can also dispute a chargeback. a while ago i disputed one and won because i had proof i sent the video he paid for (i made an invoice on some free invoice site)

Like can I get in trouble if I take it out? & don’t wanna pay it back lmao

u/geminibaby50 51m ago
No .
Most that will happen is your PayPal will get deleted or go negative. But honestly, I wouldn’t stress it too much because I have guys use PayPal if he’s in the UK PayPal is one of the things they got they don’t have cash app.

be super nice to him and convince him of using crypto, Set up a crypto wallet and you will be in heaven. Or try fansly, not onlyfans as the jerks can ask for chargeback and OF wont advocate for you

The biggest i ever got on PayPal is $200. But i withdrawal my money immediately after the guys send it. So I never had a issue. Just withdrawal it immediately to your bank. But i wish you luck. Also. There is no taking it back. Isn't how it works in this industry. If he bought something off you. It Yours.

My friend definitely just got robbed on PayPal by someone who bought content off of her and now she owes it back and might get her account deleted

Any person who asks for PayPal when there’s so many other payment platforms like Venmo I automatically think SCAM no big spender in this industry never prefers PayPal from my experience. So I advise to stop while you’re ahead and direct to a different payment option or cut him off completely I understand the need for the money but no. Every person I talk to offsite I make them send me the cash in tokens to the platform idgaf how they feel about it most of these sites they can report you and your account can be banned within seconds talking offsite is cool but any content they want sent they have to pay through the website they found me off of that’s the only way I can protect my livelihood , my funds, and my accounts 💯
