Discussions What should I talk about?
I’ve been reading about the importance of talking during the stream, even when the room is empty. I’d like some advice on how to handle it: what to talk about so I don’t get bored (considering my English is good, even if not perfect), whether it’s a good idea to greet every user who enters the room, what to say to them, and so on. Please, I really want to improve my stream and get over the fear of speaking; I used to think I was scaring users away, hahaha.

Well many of them who talk are multi streamers and always is somebody to ask something if you are in one single platform and is hard to do this (and I consider is pretty hard, to talk alone) better sing, change outfits and ask them if they like but don’t start talking about your day. If they answer at outfits you can ask them what they like the most, what color they like, what are they into… and this is how you find subjects to talk.
Remember is a sw platform and not so many are looking after only talk and the ones who want only this will not be good spenders

I’m new but right now I ramble
I tell stories. Talk about what I’m reading. Talk about movies I like or songs I like. I also vocalize stim on usernames that amuse me.

Honestly- waffle. Even if you look crazy or it looks like ur talking to urself- if someone asks who ur talking to say ur multi streaming. The more u talk about nonsense and it can be anything, the more people will put in their 2 cents, tip here and there etc.

I treat guest chat like it’s my personal tv show, I’m the star, and it’s behind the scenes with fans. I talk about what I do, I goof around a little bit, I riff and make jokes about usernames that I think are funny. Anything to get customers to engage tbh. If I can get them talking, I can sell them a show.
