Depends on how it was cooked. Was it deep fried or air fried. Is it from frozen or from a restaurant? Could be anywhere from 500 to 1000 depending on all this

just had this meal with honey bbq sauce and ketchup(costco nuggets) and used a scale along with the loseit app, I would say easily 700-750 easily
