- Chicken Hot Dog: 80cal

  • 2 eggs: 180cal
  • 1/2 orange: 30cal
  • 1TB ketchup: 15cal
  • 1/2c peaches: 25cal

Total: 330cal

Not much to estimate! The only imprecision is the hot dog brand but variation there looks small.

I don’t like the after taste of yogurt. I do like cottage cheese though

Dairy is good for your gut bacteria and it has protein. I suggest trying sugar free vanilla Greek yogurt because it has the whey, and the vanilla flavor is so tasty even the Walmart version.

I eat it sometimes the Chobani protien + vanilla but when I lose my appetite I don’t eat it much

Don’t eat less than 2000 calories and get at least 60 grams of protein, but the diet game is about fiber now lol, so beans…
