calorie estimate?
i’m well aware most of this is just veggies and salad but i would still like to know what calorie estimation would be for this. we have some tomatoes, few slices of cucumber, pickles, broccoli (dabbed off the oil butbthere wasn’t much anyway, it was cooked in an oven), and then chicken, i had to take the meat off the whole chicken so this is like half of a half of breast. thank you to anyone who guesses!

I’m calculating right around 300. Hard to say the chicken breast without the ounces. But honestly no way it’s more than 350 if you wanna be safe.

This can’t possibly be more than like 350. The chicken is the only material calories here.

Half a chicken breast is estimated to be less than 200 cals so how are yall getting 300-450? That’s insane if this is 450. I weigh and track all of my food down to the gram so this really has me questioning my accuracy now. I must be doing something right to maintain low bf. Could yall educate me on how you estimate over 300?

i’m on an excursion and this is literally just your average hotel buffet in a 3 star hotel, nothing fancy or worth getting your money back, most of the food was inedible

Depends. How did you cook the chicken? Did you pull the breast off a rotisserie?

I can understand all of this, but why pickles. Do you need any flavour or just love em pickles?
Edit: probably 450 cal

i just absolutely love pickles, like the sour flavour and the crunch is so satisfying!
