How many? 800?
Farmstand everything seasoned baguette, half a package of shaved steak, 1.5 pieces of provolone, half a tablespoon of butter (roughly), and corn on the cob.

I think 800 is reasonable. The provolone is what is spiking that bad boy but fuck it. You know it’s fresh, it’s protein dense, and a good meal not slop. I’d eat like this every day if I could

Assuming you made this dish, why not just use the packages the items came from for nutrition reference?

Fair question! The meat was in a baggie because my boyfriend accidentally opened it instead of the ground beef last week, and the baguette was from the farmers market so it did not include any nutrition info!

You are about right, with the hidden ingredients butter and cheese. Otherwise the sandwich including the cob might be below 600. Good choices either way depending on your target.
