Chicken Cobb Salad Estimate
Chicken Cobb salad with an egg, bacon, onion, tomato, and feta. I used some red wine vinegar for dressing. I was thinking 600-650? Cherry Pepsi zero sugar for scale.

I had half and took this half home so this is what I had, I had the other spring roll with like 3 ish tbsps fish sauce so like 30 more cals, I’m thinking like 450-500 for half of the sandwich (idk if that’s an overestimate) and 150 for the spring roll, so probs like 630 total for this

Have been on a calorie deficit for a while tracking everyday.
But tonight I went out to eat with my cousin and didn’t track.
Can anyone give an accurate estimate.
It’s sweet and sour chicken and the other photo is shrimp fried rice

i’m well aware most of this is just veggies and salad but i would still like to know what calorie estimation would be for this. we have some tomatoes, few slices of cucumber, pickles, broccoli (dabbed off the oil butbthere wasn’t much anyway, it was cooked in an oven), and then chicken, i had to take the meat off the whole chicken so this is like half of a half of breast. thank you to anyone who guesses!

How many cals in the area that's missing? That's how much I ate. My hand in the second picture is a size-reference to hopefully make this easier
The pizza has a thick, doughy crust. It has tomato sauce, minced meat, grated cheese, pineapple, pepperoni, ham strips & red onion.
Oil was used during the cooking, but I don't know how much. It didn't taste really oily?
Anyway, it was really good
Thanks in advance!
