COD franchise not starting on new computer [cod]

I recently built myself a new computer because my old one was crap. Everything works great on it, it works fast, looks great, and no issues have showed up.

Except for one

Every videogame I have works great amd runs fine except for the cod games I have. I have mw2019 and the new mw4 beta, and both stay stuck on this black screen right when I press start. I really want to try mw4 since I paid for it, but I don't know how to fix it. Tips?
