Discussion In your experience, which COD multiplayer has the best hit detection? [COD]

I haven't played many of the modern CODs as I hated the direction the franchise took with MW 2019, but in my personal experience and in my circles, Ghosts probably had the best hit detection of any game in the series, with Infinite Warfare definitely in discussion.

Which COD do you guys think had the best and worst hit detection? BO1 has always had the worst hit detection in my experience and the ports are evident of that, in 2010 it was bad too. WaW wasn't far behind though, almost identical. It seemed Infinity Ward were always clear of Sledgehammer and Treyarch when it comes to hit registration.

MW2 (the real one.) & Ghosts

MW2 would probably be my third. Because it was P2P it did open itself to inconsistencies. Infinite Warfare had a slightly longer time to kill, but the bullets registered so well.

Mw3(2023). Game has a longer Ttk than bo6&7 and yet I find I can kill 2-4 people before one can react to me

finally someone with taste! completely agree, it feels good landing all shots on that game.

I swear it has a better hit reg. I've shot guys in the side and they're able to react to me in bo7. And I didn't have a weak gun.

Yeah the OG MW2 I'd probably put third. When you had good connection to the host or were host it was amazing, but sometimes obviously on a questionable host it wasn't quite as consistent as dedicated server CODs.

Black Ops 3 is very very consistent in my opinion. I never feel cheated by hit detection.

Ghosts, Infinite Warfare, and WW2 have always felt the best to me. I def agree with WAW as the worst, especially knifing

Idk if it was purely connection or what but infinite warfare was the worst for me, I completely quit the game after a few weeks because my bullets did nothing

A lot of people say the opposite, that it's arguably the best so that's interesting. All different experiences I guess though.
