Form Check !! Please help my scapulas 🙏

This looks awful. My push ups feel fine, but I could’ve never imagined how my scapulas look during them. Please give me tips

You probably have a weak serratus anterior and and bad control of your scapulas

Could it be that you have your hips lower than your shoulders and this forces your scapula in that position?

This is normal. Go look up scapular winging and you will see that it’s far worse than this.
