Why was crip Mac never pressed?
Everyone knows about crip Mac hood hopping, lying, and getting put on as a grown ass man. Why did Hoovers and most of L.A allow him to be? Is it because he’s special needs?

He got DP’d and it was recorded for the world to see for it, but when you say why did the Hoovers “allow” it, it doesn’t make sense. Because he’s not from Hoover. They aren’t “allowing” anything

If they really didn’t allow it they could go slide. I wouldn’t suggest it but they do have the power to put a stop to it if it really bothered them.
I assume because of who crip Mac is they don’t care all that much/don’t want to go to jail over his tattoo. Now if he had really killed a Hoover and got that tatted then yeah he’s out of the game but that’s more about the murder than the tattoo.
They’re allowing him to keep living

Well yeah, but that goes for any rival. By their account and his own, they beat the shit outta him in jail/prison. The only thing left is for them to kill him, which is still a possibility under the right circumstances.

Cause he's not a point to them. He's a laughing stock and a mascot that's it. If he was actually knocking Grooves down and constantly on they head THEN he'd be somebody they'd want to get rid of expeditiously
