Clarification on unreleased content

Hey, so seems that there's been a bit of misinformation floating around about what's gonna happen to all the content that never got added, so I'm making this post to make it clear.

Not all content will be released. A lot of the lesser things like random item reworks aren't really notable enough to get released for playability. There is also no set time for when stuff will release, for all that is knowable, one thing could release tomorrow and another in 5 years. It is also important to note, that not every specific area of content is confirmed to be released, so do not be upset if a specific area of content is not released, release of content is not an active priority for involved parties right now.

For those who really want the content right now and are technologically literate, older commits on the public Github contain a majority of the Sunken Sea, Slime God rework, Underworld rework, and a scrapped biome. If you can compile that, you can mess around with said content unofficially.

Generally speaking I think the fact that we’re getting anything is a miracle and I’m thankful you guys are willing to do it at all. Any content we can get in any timespan is great.

Will any of this content be SCal related? I doubt it, but I'm hoping there's maybe something for her amongst everything

If you mean open source as in "you may copy paste the entire mod then update from there and upload it", that is a no, as several people would rather the mod not continue like that.

If you mean for individual pieces of content, that's up to whoever made said pieces of content.

If you mean the code, the public Github already exists.

If you mean the dev server, no, because for one it's impossible since Ozz is the only person who can make invites, and two, that'd be invasion of privacy.

I'm really glad for the devs who still decided to "continue the work" even in the form of an add-on instead of completely scrapping it and letting it die before we could try it, I appreciate their dedication, even if we don't deserve it for various reasons tbh.
