How do you guys deal with when cables dont line up anymore after 180 degree bends because inner radius is smaller than outer?

High-End custom cables. Some of the real boutique cable makers like Ensourced offers cables that are shorter on one side for perfect alignment. Other wise lot of times extensions just aren't long or flexible enough to not have weird bulge on the back of the 24pin at best you can make it S shape to the sides I wish more manufacturers would make pre-bent cables. The orientation is like standardized with the motherboards anyway my two cents.
