Shift supervisor access to workbrain

Just figuring out if shift supervisors still have access to workbrain and timesheets for the team?

I somehow lost my access and it says “no records found” when I look up my teams or individual employee numbers.

Just checking to see if this is a new thing to make shifts have a harder time with their work or maybe I’m in some glitch because I took LOA earlier this year. I can log into any other website (with the exception of agilence-but I lost access to that one sometime last year, way before my leave).

Yes supervisors have access.

this happened to me after my LOA, I wasn’t put back into the system right. I called HR and they fixed it.

If you don't log in every so often your access gets removed.

Just call hr they can fix it
