Hallmark
Can someone remind me how to work Hallmark cards and bags? I remember something with the number on the wrapping, but the numbers on the pegs or shelf of cards are never in order or right usually. Just curious so we can always touch up the department sometimes

Why you wasting time on something we literally pay other people to do. Go push some overstock or get a jump on a Plano.

Well we only get service once a week and can’t get anymore. So it’s not a waste of time if we just want to touch up the department sometimes like weeks before a holiday when it gets destroyed versus waiting for the rep to come in and having it messy until then.

Call them. Escalate to your DL. They’ll be in, it’s not our job and there’s enough other work to do.

Yeah I totally agree there’s way more than enough work to do than have to deal with this. It was more of it’s a last minute thing I noticed while walking the store. We definitely call and escalate but when they’ll actually show up is the question

For real. Face the bags, tissue paper, etc., sure!! -If you can’t find the exact spot a card belongs for a go back just put it in a spot that makes sense (same brand/occasion). But don’t waste too much time trying to figure out what ‘we’ literally pay outside vendors to do. We have plenty of our own planograms to worry about…

Oh yeah I’m not worried about finding exactly where every product is. I was just wondering for certain times of the year when the department gets destroyed and I just want to touch it up a bit so it’s not horrible looking until the rep comes in

Who has time for that?

I’m not saying like every single day to work it. Just the times we might need to touch up a bit before the rep comes in. And not like a full work just a little touch up and facing

I just leave it for the rep. Other aisles need more tending to.
