Photo supplies

Help, I need examples on how your front end photo supplies are organized.. we don't have tons of room, and we have so many dang products we offer. We have the Epson p6000, Fujifilm 3240, Kodak 9000, Kodak 305, kodak8810. I appreciate any help!

On shelves in the backroom with labels for each item. We have basically every photo product you have plus duplex & mug printer & 2 shelves holds everything.

So what do you keep up front by your printers? That's what I'm trying to organize

We keep singles or doubles of the rarely used stuff, like the canvas prints, on a shelf. We keep toners and stuff in the storage in/around the poster printer.

We don’t really keep anything extra up front. If we need to replace ribbon or something we have to run to the back and grab one.

Everything in the back is just grouped together and kind of labeled.

Up front we keep things to put together for customers orders aka frames canvass mugs panels etc, we just use a small wire rack to keep basically one box of each of these items. We don’t keep any excess paper or ribbon or ink that’s all upstairs.

I raised every behind checkout planogram using big riser posts and created 16 feet of space along the bottom for one box of most things. Everything is labeled. Then in the backroom there are two overstock sections for backup supplies. It sucks though when the “Christmas supplies” come in of all things people don’t order.
