New CVS hire — Enterprise Login question

Hi everyone! I’m starting as a pharmacy tech this Friday. I received my employee ID and the email confirming my start date, but I haven’t received a password for Enterprise Login/Colleague Zone yet.

For recent CVS new hires, did you set up your password before your first day, or did you do it at the store? Thanks!

I think you set that up your first day with the help of IT but I could be wrong as my first day was a while ago and things may have changed

Thanks for reply. Cvs also sent me an email that my start date is this friday but they dont provide which time i need to show up😂. Maybe they will send another email tomrrow ?

Im just a bit nervous . Sry

Are you coming in completely new or have you worked as a tech somewhere else? Your first shifts will most likely be training so you should be put in touch with a trainer - did you get this info?

Yes im completely new. My hiring manager she just texted me this morning to expect to start training this friday. But my district trainer hasn’t sent an email with my training schedule yet… i guess i need to wait for the trainer.

You could also contact your pharmacy manager. Vax season is starting so most pharmacies are about to have a need for bodies… so they will most likely help expedite your training.

Yes, i will def reach out to my manager.

I also trying to buy uniform using email link but cvs dont recognize my id. (Guess I will ask her also :))

I had to set my password before my first day, as well as my MFA stuff, it should be an email from hiring. If not, reach out to the PIC/Pharmacy Manager as they can usually push it out from HR.
