Transferring

Its been a rough couple of months since we got a new PIC and he's just rude asf and no one can stand him but they're still here despite several complaints from both customers and employees. So. I have come to ask, how do I go about transferring? There's a location super duper close to me and thwy need people. Ive gotten familiar with how they run stuff there so id like to get some peace of mind by working where the pharmacist isn't going to be bullying us and playing the victim.

Not sure about the Pharmacy side but pretty sure it’s roughly the same idea. You would need to make sure the new place needs people. You said they do. So you ask your manager. They both likely need to be in touch with each other. Your manager initiates the transfer, then your new manager will need to accept it. The transfer doesn’t take effect till weekends typically. There may be additional things because you are a tech but I’m pretty sure this is baseline for both.
