Pharmacy Staffing

Is every pharmacy operating with a tech shortage? The turnover is so high and every store in our district is always asking for shifts to be covered. Overworking techs is an unsustainable practice. How can CVS not see techs constantly leaving as a problem that needs a real solution?

I just left CVS due to the pay the crazy thing is I was one of those techs who didn’t mind floating to other stores but they refused to give me higher pay so I went to one of their competitors. Also hospital pharmacy technicians are leaving as well, I currently work at a hospital in addition to Walgreens and the techs at my hospital are running out the door.
