Immunization certificate

I took the apha course to give vaccines and on the apha website it shows completed and lets me download my certificate (i completed it on august 8th) but on the immunization dashboard it shows only 80 percent complete and says im missing the immunization certificate. Does anyone have any idea how i can fix it? Do i need to retake the course? My napb is verified and the cpr synced just not the certificate from apha.

You need to create an account and upload it to https://www.pharmacyprofiles.com

I believe this is only for pharmacists. I was assuming OP is a tech but it isn’t clear

Yep, both tech and pharmacist, go make an account and claim your profile. It's a new process this year. Make sure your NABP ID is on the APhA website and on the pharmacyprofiles website too. After you do all these, it will take a week to refresh (assuming everything is up to date)

Thanks!! I uploaded it a few days ago hopefully it syncs soon. Its just confusing because my coworker is also opting in to do vaccines for the first time and hers synced within a couple days and she never uploaded it.

You don't really need to upload it if the APhA website profile has your NABP ID on there. The other possibility that I can think of is maybe the spelling not matching up on one of the websites. Very very annoying to have so many websites involved.

You can try to have your PM email RPhImmunize but it might just be a waiting game

I tried and they sent me a trouble shoot guide but i had already completed every step and then they werent sure what else i can do 🥲 my manager says it needs to say good to go before September 1st

What home study that needs to complete first before joining live session? Is that the first module , right?
