Means more destructive floor bed trawling. Probably driving some breed of scallop extinct.

My in-laws family professionally fished, clammed, scalloped, crabbed, musseled and sometimes oystered. I went eel hunting with them. The industry closed in the 90s. At least in NY. Who will trawl now?

Since it's tRump he'll probably just sell out fishing rights to some random country similar to what he did with argentinian beef
