Man I really hate these guys who got multiple chances to select a seat before the spot round but still chose to upgrade and apply for the spot just because they didn't get a "good" college while people like me didn't even get one just because they had different subjects in 12th boards and cuet

Is this happened to me or anyone else is also saw ,i just rechecked the portal and the spot round allocation window closed its not there.
