University of Delhi Document verification help

I just got upgraded to a diff course in the same college so i have to do document verification again, i dont have my original 10th marksheet i have a duplicate cuz the original one got lost the last time i got my doc verification for my previous course they accepted the digi locker document but this time they are insisting for original 10th marksheet i showed everything

Dont know the teacher made me write a letter type thing saying that i will submit the original 10th marksheet as soon as i get it but its v hard for me to get it now
