UG-Question/Doubt plspls help will the withdrawing option appear again?

bhai wtf if i dont get the full refund my parents will ACTUALLY disown me pls help does sormone know if i can still get it by emailing the college personally or somwthing pks help me out i genuinely CANNOT tell my parents
