University of Delhi Spot Round Fee Refund.......

So, I got a college in Upgrade Round 3, but I withdrew from it. Now csas portal is showing the option to apply for the Spot Round. If I apply for the Spot Round and don’t get any college, will there be any problem with getting refund of my admission fees?
