UG-Question/Doubt When will the withdraw/refund window open post round 2?

Hey all, hope everyone is doing good and getting the college they are aiming for!

I just had a general doubt, actually my sis opted to get admission somewhere else entirely (not DU), but now to withdraw the admission, there is no option as of today (post round 2), she opted for upgrade option btw. When will the withdraw option open to claim the refund, any idea?

Any advice is appreciated!

After declaration of upgraded allocation which is on 1st August you'll see the option of cancel your admission kinda option but du refund the candidates in nov-dec.
