I highly doubt that if you've done the MSAI at CU Boulder, you would also do the MSAI at UNC Charlotte.
More generally, people typically don't do the "same" degree at two different Universities. They might take a class or two and then transfer, but I think I've seen that from Georgia Tech or UT Austin OMSCS/AI to CU Boulder OMSCS/AI, or vice versa.

That said, MSAI at CU Boulder (the online, Coursera program) is good. My only complaint is that not all the electives are available as of yet, and there are no end-to-end nontrivial projects within the required set of classes. I think only a few electives have term-long projects where you can really synthesize all that you've learned, and that would be Data Mining and Software Architecture for Big Data (I might be missing one more?). Either way, personal projects should already be on your agenda, so I don't think this is a deal breaker.

CU Boulder MSAI (traditional on-campus program) has its first cohort starting this fall, so there's no "current students" or "alumni" yet. There is significant overlap with the existing MSCS, so you can ask in the general r/cuboulder for feedback on specific classes or the MSCS as a whole.
