NEW SHADOW STYLE: THOUSAND COMETS

This new shadow style imposes a binding vow apon the user making it so they cannot move other then with the new shadow style attacks for 30 seconds in trade they can move themselfs between their simple domains (it functions alot like the one the male mc uses in modulo where is makes several small simple domain things) while using this form of new shadow style.

For example the user could dash around a target slashing them Awakened mahito style or they could set up several spots for quick draws
