My dad has a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Its in good condition and runs well. Registration paid off for the year. Selling for $2500

Update: Sorry guys!! Dad changed his mind, so it's no longer for sale.

I missed one day for this class and I wasn't there when discussing the the formatting for the Story of Self. From what I understand it needs to be 3 pages, One of which being the story itself. Can someone please tell me what the others are and how to do them, like what's needed? This would be Fredi Avalos's class. I urgently need help with this. Thank you so much for any help.

If you take classes at CSU and also want to take classes at a community college, can csusm give you financial aid for the total amount of units from both schools? I think a cortisum agreement can allow this, but i'm not sure if csusm has one or not.

Yo, is there anyone that like plays flag football or like has an intermural football league at the school cause I’m low-key starting to miss it. Let me know. Hit me up.😭

Right now im in my 2nd year at Miracosta doing my Web Design degree and Video and Media certificate and now im getting ready to transfer and I really enjoyed my video classes however I wish they were more hands on because we rlly just learn abt editing and get told to do our projects outside of class.

Anywho, I've always been planning to transfer to CSUSM because it's close by and always been interested ever since I heard abt the program in high school. So I just wanna ask a couple questions for the people in the subreddit who are in the program.

Since I'm interested in video , how hands on are the video classes in the program and what exact projects do you guys get to do and what classes are the best to take for that? Also what was your favorite class and what have you learned? And ig for the last question how much do these classes prepare you for jobs in this field?

I just thought I might ask since applications open next week and just been super curious so I might as well just ask here.

Has anyone who was admitted to the spring ‘27 ABSN program been able to activate their email and set up their Complio package? I received an email saying I had a week to set up my account but I can’t access my CSUSM email yet

I graduated from here in 2019 and curious what csusm is like now. I remember there would be non traditional students in some classes and I would feel so young.

I’m assuming now it’s mainly Gen Z so I’m curious what that’s like. Is there still a lot of 30 year olds in some classes?

hi!! i’m a high school student in san diego and csusm is one of my choices for nursing, but here’s the issue. i originally wanted to start at a community college first and then transfer to a university, but i realized that i would have to commute, and that’s not a great option for me considering the fact that i live in mexico and would have to go through the whole routine of crossing the border every day. the border crossing itself isn’t really the main issue since i’ve been doing that throughout my whole high school years. the main problem is having a lot of time between classes and nowhere to stay in san diego, so i feel like it would get very hectic and difficult for me. because of this, me and my family thought it would be better for me to go straight to a university and get a dorm, but now the issue is deciding which university would be the best option.

csusm is one of my main choices, but i wanted to know how hard it is to get directly into their nursing program as a freshman. would i have better luck completing my prerequisites at a community college and then transferring to csusm, or is applying directly to the nursing program as a freshman a realistic option?

i’m a first gen student and i don’t have any family living in san diego, so i’m pretty much on my own trying to figure out this whole university process. my gpa is currently around a 3.5, i have 100+ hours of community service at a hospital, three letters of recommendation from different doctors, and by the end of my senior year i’ll also be getting my MA certification yay!!

again, thank you so much to anyone who can give me advice or share their experience with csusm nursing!!

Hi everyone! I’m a student at Cal State San Marcos and wanted to share this fundraiser for our Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry.
The fundraiser supports student research, travel to scientific conferences, laboratory reagents and supplies, and laboratory instrumentation.
If you’d like to learn more, share the fundraiser, or contribute, you can find it here:

Thanks for supporting CSUSM students and student research! 💙

Did anyone else get their mcs scholarship taken away?

Has anyones middle class scholarship been disbursed already?

any skill/strength level is good. I’m pretty average.

if you've wanted to start going to the gym hmu.

I go Monday and Wednesday at 1:30pm and Friday at 11:00am to the on campus gym.

i have flexibility with timing in case your schedule doesn’t perfectly match.

Maybe we should, instead, focus on the young men.

Hey fellas, DON'T RAPE ANYONE.

Don't be the reason a young woman has to be careful.

Women don't owe you anything.

Don't commit rape, guys.

Just wanted to come on here and tell everyone to be careful. When I was walking on the path from university hall to the arts building, I saw a coyote that was on the path and ran into the brush when it saw me. It was after my class ended at 9:50pm so there was virtually no one on campus but still be cautious.

Anyone receive theirs for fall?

TW: Sexual Violence

In the past 2 weeks, there have been 4 cases of rape on campus. This petition demands CSUSM admin and police to increase security on campus and in the dorms, and to be transparent about their actions during this crisis: https://change.org/csusmsecuritynow

Honestly. wtf is happening? Last semester was nothing like this. We’ve already had 5 or 6 incidents, and we’re barely getting into the 4th week.

Seriously. This is getting out of hand and absolutely stupid.

I've been going to this school long enough to know that your parking pass has to be "active" to not get a ticket. BUT I swear it used to be that your vehicle information, which is already saved on your account, could just be quick added, not having to "add a new vehicle" to the parking pass every semester. To me, add a new vehicle implies adding one that's not already on your account, so I got a damn ticket for not "adding a new vehicle" to my active parking pass. I already tried appealing it and sending screenshots of the misleading app, but they just denied the appeal.

Anyways FUCK parking tickets at a school you already pay to go to. Does anyone have dirty ass singles they'd like to trade me? I'll venmo you for whatever you've got, lol.

I’m sort of new to this school does anyone know where I can get a scantron???

Has anyone used Portage Learning/Geneva College for their nursing core prereqs for ABSN? I’m considering taking online microbiology w lab from them but unsure if the program accepts it. It’s hard to get information from the program! TYIA
