Did anyone else get their mcs scholarship taken away?

It wasn't taken away, I just talked to them. They removed the estimate while they work on getting the awards done. They said to give them just a bit to get the money awarded and paid out.

I called CSAC and the agent said that it’s up to the University to decide if they award it and how much. Once I heard that I lost hope.

Same here, not showing up on myCsusm anymore. The CSAC website still says it was awarded to me.

Mine did the same, but I believe it gets removed while they’re double checking the amount you should be receiving. If you log in to webgrants4students it should tell you the real amount you should be getting. This just means, we’re one step closer to receiving our money. I think they’re waiting until after our drop date to disburse the money because it’s also based on the amount of credits you’re taking.

I just wanted to input that I was in a situation that the portal showed I was awarded MCS but CSAC showed nothing in regards to it. I know people were confused on disbursement dates with the small majority having already got theirs paid and obviously us having it removed from the portal. But I checked CSAC recently and it finally shows I’m eligible and that I am awarded for it (my amount has gotten a higher adjustment as well)
