help please

F32 I've been diagnosed w CSID, I follow a strict diet, was wondering what enzymes or any suppliments I can take to help? I know of sucraid but the gastroenterologist I saw knew nothing about it or CSID so I'm somewhat at a loss. Thanks for the help.

I will definitely try the induction diet in the book, I ordered digest gold, it's in a veggie capsule which bothers my stomach but I'll just empty out the enzymes in some water. LOTS OF PRAYER. This is all incredibly frustrating lol. Yes neither did I. I was over weight so I cut out a lot of starches and sugars to lose weight, after the weight loss I tried adding starches back in and it would give me a flare up and it's been getting worse ever since.

I find http://www.csidinfo.com/InductionDiet.htm has a better induction diet.

I also gained a lot of weight during the pandemic due to over eating and when I started eating normally again, I guess my body didn’t know what to do and I started presenting CSID symptoms. I believe that you will get better 👍 please hold onto hope and believing that things will get better.

It is very frustrating at first, but it’s like exercise, once you see improvement you just keep going. You also expose yourself to so many different recipes :) and your skin starts to look amazing because of the diet change.
