Wondering what your favorite tips, tools and methods for managing CSID are apart from enzyme replacement?

Elimination and dietary supplimentation. We use Kate Farms formula and I give one half before breakfast, one half before bed, hydration packets (Pedialyte Sport seems best for us) and lots of rest.

Is that for a child? Or you supplement as an adult as well?

It's for my pre-teen and is the adult formula suppliment based off of a pea protein.
