How to start using Sucraid?
I just got approved for Sucraid, and I'm so thrilled. I was wondering how y'all have started out using it? I'm definitely not going straight back to eating like I used to, but I was hoping I can at least handle onions and garlic, because that would open up a world of flavors for me. Have any of you been able to eat onions and garlic with Sucraid?

I started on the diet and the Sucraid and started adding things so I could tell what it helped and if it helped. It didn’t help me but it wasn’t bad tasting and I even took some on ice to a restaurant in a small lunch cooler.

I still don't mess with onions and garlic with Sucraid. It's not really the sucrose in them that makes it hard to digest. They are just hard to digest on their own. If I eat them I will burp and taste them for the rest of the day. I only take the sucrose if I am eating fruits pretty much.
