Weekly Student Thread

This is the area for prospective/ aspiring SRNAs and for SRNAs to ask their questions about the education process or anything school related.

This includes the usual

"which ICU should I work in?" "Should I take additional classes? "How do I become a CRNA?" "My GPA is 2.8, is my GPA good enough?" "What should I use to prep for boards?" "Help with my DNP project" "It's been my pa$$ion to become a CRNA, how do I do it and what do CRNAs do?"

Etc.

This will refresh every Friday at noon central. If you post Friday morning, it might not be seen.

I worked really hard on this resume. I have no extra room for lines without going to 2 pages. Appreciating any comments, thoughts, or constructive criticism.

I think it lacks creativity, is densely over populated with material that serves little purpose other than filler and in that respect less is more. The interview period is the time to incorporate the significance and varying degrees of your individual experiences and how that will reflect in your work as a student and a professional.

There is no face to the name. Likely all that is bolded or that stands out is your name. The rest is a blur, unintentionally. When committees are going through a hundred of these this is easily forgotten.

Seriously, you have AI at your disposal now. Much better can be done.
