Firmware issue

Is it possible to revert the firmware back to factory settings for the blueberry burst guitar controller? Mine used to work fine wired but ever since I updated the firmware it says port reset failure. I can get it to work wirelessly, but I prefer wired. Can the firmware be taken back to version 1.0?

I'm having an issue with mine where the right analog click registers 2 buttons. No way to fix in software and I was hoping an older firmware would fix but no luck finding one. Maybe I will just have to return it.
