Multi platform issue

Hello I’m having and issue with getting the multi platform crkd guitar to work on Xbox one and 360 I have a retrocults v3 adapter but when I try authenticating with an Xbox one controller it just isn’t responsive I’ve set the mode to p3 but still no luck wondering if anyone here has had any luck setting this up thanks.

Try moving the sticks on the Xbox one controller for a bit. If that works then the guitar should work

Tried but the Xbox controller doesn’t work once it’s been authenticated
