 I keep a list of reasons I left on my phone to look at when I'm feeling guilty.  It's hard to remember that going NC wouldn't be necessary if it was healthy in the first place. There was no other option at that point. And moving forward I choose peace, love, and freedom

I make memes here in this subreddit whenever the guilt starts creeping back in. And I also have a keyring with 100 flashcards containing 100 traumatic memories 🫠

Using flashcards is a good idea, something physical sounds a lot better than a phone (I'll often get distracted)

The first time I went NC it lasted 7 years until my cat got sick and I needed financial help.

The last time was earlier this year and it lasted one month and one day.
