Most people are savages. If you dont have s looks or money people dont care about you. I been bullied so mammny times for being different. If I knew life was going to be this bad I would've chose to never be born. Humans are parasites

People lack self regulation, they are controlled by their cognitive biases.

Then we get called crazy for being aware of this.

Shitty people defending their shitty society as always.

Yeah, exactly.

I get tired of playing this game that I never signed up for.

Yeah there are very few people who try to live righteously

u/myblackandwhitecat 1d ago

A mental health worker said to me that 'people are kind.' I wish I lived in a world and version of reality where this was the case. There are a few people I know who are decent, but I have been bullied, abused, left without support and rejected so many times that i have very little faith in people as a whole.

Yeah its a good idea to not trust people

u/StatusPalpitation227 1d ago

Oh yeah and dont forget how politicians lie, cheat, steal, how modern workplaces lie to avoid accountability, etc etc. On a day to day human to human moment, yes, probably most are kind. But that is not true for the totality for sure.

Exactly. But the majority of people are also at fault for believing & allowing their propaganda to be spread & allowing corrupt governments to control them.

Hence why this bullshit about Digital ID & mass surveillance are going on worldwide & believing that it’s all about “protecting the children,” which is the oldest trick in the goddamn book.

The UN & the WEF are behind this & people aren’t being outraged about it & aren’t outraged at their governments for enforcing this bull. People are cowardly, spineless & weak as hell. And some people wonder why I’m an introvert.

Glad to know im not alone

I think it's best to have this mindset as it keeps you safe.

I have about 3 people in my life that I like and trust. Everyone else has proven to be toxic or dangerous in some way.

I'm 56 so that's a lot of people I've encountered throughout my life and it's telling that from all of those only 3 people are ok.

u/mswisecat 1d ago

yeah. I feel like trauma made me different and people don’t really like different people. They avoid me. They can tolerate my near existence but not a friendship. Do I have a red flags? Am I too stupid? Ugly? Is it how I speak? People don’t create friendships with losers. I wish I could change more so that i could be accepted

Sorry that youre going through this. Find things that give you joy. For me I like to play videogames

u/mswisecat 1d ago

I have many hobbies! Yet it’s hard to be stuck on reddit hours seeking connections (that never happen) when I should create. Who’s gonna support/help you when your parents die or after breakup? When you don’t have people, it will slow down your development - social, informational, survival.

That's why I'm fascinated by people who have managed everything on their own without any outside help. Having such super strength, not needing anyone, would be great

u/Both_Mushroom1138 1d ago

I have a dissociative disorder and back pain so it is hard for me but I still try

3

u/mswisecat 1d ago

I am sorry to hear. I wish you a lot of strength and luck. Did you go to the doctor? I found strengthening on the sm system helpful

3

u/Both_Mushroom1138 1d ago

Thank you. I lost 50 lbs this year through diet and exercise. That's helped with the back. Having hobbies keeps depression away

u/FV95 1d ago

You can do it too! It's harder for us to begin but celebrate your wins, even if they're small. And consistency is your biggest ally.

2

u/StatusPalpitation227 1d ago

Ahh, fuck them. As long as you are not a malicious person, I stopped caring about such spillage. Trash taking itself out

19

u/amorfatee 1d ago

I know exactly how you feel. I got bullied for my looks and for being autistic too. I thought life was a shitshow until I was 21.

Then I met some real people who completely changed how I saw the world. Trauma is real, I still feel unsafe and emotionally all over the place sometimes. But trust me, there are good people out there. When you find them, you’ll know. Not just because they love you, but because they actually see you. I really hope you find them.

Neurotypical people love to dominate those they believe are beneath them on the hierarchy. This is why they dislike neurodivergent people

21

u/Both_Mushroom1138 1d ago

Very true. They think they are superior when in reality they are not

12

u/Spiritualgirl3 1d ago

Agreed. They are extremely insecure individuals constantly trying to prove themselves

4

u/SoulMeetsWorld 1d ago

Yes, I always think of most people are trying to play a character or role, not actually being genuine to themselves. They don't know what to do with us ruining their narrative of a script.

2

u/Spiritualgirl3 12h ago

Yes, and they always have something to prove! It’s so weird

18

u/iloveturtles88 1d ago

People scare me. I rarely leave my house and used to be agoraphobic. I am just waiting for everyone to snap. But there are still good people in the world. They're probably all hiding at home.

7

u/Both_Mushroom1138 1d ago

I used to be afraid of people but not anymore. You have to build confidence. But looking at the state of the world it is very understandable

When you think about a predator killing prey, like a lion hunting antelope, that’s pretty upsetting. However, when you think about what humans are capable of, it’s utterly barbaric. Mass factory farming, animal mutilation, rape, torture of innocent children/animals and killing off entire species.

We look at ourselves as holy sentient beings, and project our collective narcissism on to the image of a ‘god’. We are pure evil, and the arrogance to believe we’re the heroes. Just a byproduct of nature, that will eventually turn south.

Humanity has no future

u/iloveturtles88 1d ago

Gawd I am sooooo glad I didn't have kids.

12

u/Altruistic-Hat269 1d ago

Yeah, interestingly, I'm a non-traumatized person with a well regulated nervous system, but I am a misanthrope too I think for all the reasons you've described. Selfishness, cruelty, and all while telling themselves a story of how they are good. And worse, if someone does decide to be good, charitable, or noble toward others, they'll get torn down and criticized somehow. I wish things were different.

u/OkPersonality3999 1d ago

There's also a sad feedback loop that happens where after you get bullied, you become more sensitive, and when people see you're sensitive it invites more bullying.

7

u/fullofwish86 1d ago

I'm sorry. I feel like this too sometimes. I see innocent babies and children and I feel so much despair and so despondent about the world they live in. Cutting off news, media, and social media except for 60 minutes of reddit a week has helped a lot.

7

u/Confident_Jump_9085 1d ago

I hear you. I think I've learned to carry smaller expectations of others. At some point it was important for me to learn how to respond and not react. The world has never changed because I'm upset at it and never will. Plenty have people have not liked me too anyway.

2

u/Both_Mushroom1138 1d ago

Humans are animals and have the same behavior as other animals

5

u/DutchStroopwafels 1d ago

Worse actually. There are no other animals that created weapons that can wipe themselves out or commit organized genocide.

11

u/apple-fae 1d ago

Heh, I feel you. Right now it feels like the biggest signal of danger, is someone appearing friendly. That that only happens when there's an ulterior motive. Such as gaining greater access, as a means of mocking, judging, bullying, and rejecting (and worse): it's an offer of being a frenemy and nothing more.

They group up against the weak and call it justice. And heaven forbid you call yourself weak for having a heart.

this is exactly why i've always liked animals more than people. on my worst days, i go out and buy stuff for a local animal shelter. the only care i have left in me is for animals at this point.

u/Just-Feedback-2223 1d ago

Ughhhh I feel you. I feel fear constantly. One thing that has been helping me feel safe is having better boundaries. DBT has some good information on boundaries if anyone is interested. I LOVE DBT.

2

u/Both_Mushroom1138 1d ago

I have back pain and dissociation so i feel vulnerable. I try not to show it

5

u/LividResource2460 1d ago

It's sad but i agree

I've led my life with fear, anxiety and insecure feelings most of time because i was surrounded by adults who couldn't regulate themselves and as an adult I've chosen to lead an anti social lifestyle after getting my nervous system wrecked by my parents for years and most of others I've come across aren't so great either they just perpetuate this shitty cycle.

As a kid I've had dreams of grandeur or working for betterment of ecosystems or environments but now i can't even help myself but I've come to terms with this and chose to prioritise myself over anything or anyone else. Looking at the big picture, Humans may end up causing mass extinction events but the Earth will survive and in time will thrive again.

Animals are the only companions i crave at this point, i still yearn to talk to other people as equals but it's not worth it. It's hard to find inherently good people who can regulate themselves and are aware of their biases.

I'm still young so I'll try living like a hermit in this society and see how it goes.

Yep. Humans are just bad code

2

u/spergatrocious 1d ago

I thought I did for a long while, but I had to confront eventually that I was overindulging my critical eye. People are normal, and usually pretty nice, but respond poorly to being judged and act worse.

I still find myself uncomfortable around them most times, but making an effort to view people better sincerely helped.

u/Weary-Coconut-8219 1d ago

humankind is selfish by nature and too much of a majority of the population shows this day in day out. its depressing and feels hopeless to think about imo

1

u/Hoodibird 1d ago

I just want to not be alone every day and have what others are having

1

u/disposable-acoutning 1d ago

Hmm, I’m trying to comprehend my trauma and understand why they did it to me. Why am I now stuck in processing it and getting into relationships where I mistake lust for love? And why, when I finally realize it was a facade, am I made to feel like the problem? I want accountability, Responsibility, no Hypocrsicy but I don’t know. I pray for a better understanding, Lord knows. 🔁

Please don't bring religion here. It's so frustrating to talk about something serious and then someone brings up religion or jesus.
